Green = Extremist?

Because we think that green is the future does that make us extremist?  Does having a belief that finding another form of energy mean we sit in trees when logging companies want to cut them down?

We believe no.

Has anyone ever considered  fossil fuels a drug?  Perhaps not a self-destructing drug, but something that we are addicted to.  Think about it.  We are all told that it is harmful to us, yet we still fill up everyday.  The price is driven higher and higher, and yet we don’t formulate a plan (united) to find a solution.  Yes, there are scientists that are working on better and better forms of alternative energy, but is that the only solution?  Why don’t we slow down when we drive?  It is proven here gas-mileage and here gas-mileage2 yet on a daily basis I see drivers fly by me.  We believe that people are starting to get the picture as smaller vehicles are becoming ever more popular, but what about those who don’t want to give up the car they work hard for everyday to pay for.  Anyone take simple economics?  If not, let me clue you in on the smallest of tips in layman’s terms.   Consumers set the price at what they are willing to spend.  We, as world citizens set the price of gas on a daily basis because we continue to purchase and don’t change our habits.  Has anyone noticed the price drop in gasoline at the pump?  That is partly due to the fact that consumption has gone down. We see this, and yet we don’t realize that this causes the demand and supply to shift.  Do yourself, your neighbor and your worst enemy a favor….watch what you consume and you will notice a continual drop at the pump.

This is one of many more articles to come about the change we as people need to embrace in order to build a better tomorrow.

Get on, or move out of the way!
